My life long dream has been to bring the softness of art to all humans, young & old!


Raised in Anchorage, I grew up Anchorage style - running around in the midnight summer sun & then cozying down to create art & read through the winter.

Devils Club is my wonky pot & a dream fulfilled - a safe space for everyone to create and be seen.

I cant wait to meet you and support you in making your wonky pots shine!

Carla’s Credentials: BA in Ceramics from UAA, 18 yrs experience with ceramics. 14yrs experience in ceramics studio spaces & operations, Clay Camp Curriculum Coordinator, Coach, Studio Operations Manager.

Pottery Coach!

Raised in Chugiak, Alaska, Erin developed a passion for psychology, education, writing & the arts. She studied ceramics and psychology & earned her undergrad degrees from University of Alaska Anchorage.
She has gone on to be a skilled potter, pottery teacher & community leader here in Alaska.

Erin cares deeply about community, pottery, education and advocacy work and that love shows in the way she moves through the world.

Gio Barth

This talented guy was raised in Anchorage & is a life long Alaskan. He developed a passion for tactile arts, including pottery and woodworking, during his time at West High School.

With expertise in both traditional and contemporary techniques, Gio is known for his precision, craftsmanship, and dedication to quality.

Gio is passionate about the Anchorage art community and is stoked to bring more art to the Anchorage landscape together with Devils Club.

Matthew has been supporting Carla’s art habits since they met in choir at Service Highschool.
Matthew has developed their skills as a creator & thinker learning to create ceramic ocarinas and whistles over the last several years.

Matthew cares deeply about community, conscientious tech design, and creating safe spaces for neurodivergent minds. We all need a space to be ourselves and get nerdy!
